All hot cabinets comply with the corresponding directives. The interior space is made of stainless steel (for HORO 020 also the exterior side). Heating with the closed round heating device made of stainless steel with an unlimited life-time. The horizontal air condition provides for a good temperature distribution (<+/-3 °C) and a quick heat transfer. It goes around each tray and avoids dead corners. The cabinets are at operating temperature within about 30-45 minutes. Standard lacquering RAL 9001 cream. The door is double-wing from a size of 400 litres on. The cabinet are equipped with various pairs of drawers and are by default delivered with trays. Other options such as e.g. full-view glass doors, interior lighting, variants according to DIN EN 1539 (drying of lacquer) etc. are available.

The temperature control is performed electronically, controlled by micro-processor with sensor Pt 100 in 3-conductor control and with digital index value and actual value display. All cabinets are equipped by default with a temperature selection limiter (TWB) according to DIN 12880 and also here many options such as program controller, temperature writer, etc. are available.
