Combined quenching bath for furnace models ME 45/13 to ME 165/13

Combined oil quenching and cleaning bath

■ Oil bath to quench the workpieces which need to be hardened. At an oil temperature of about 40 °C you will achieve a constant cooling and avoid the danger of cracks. (filling content: 2001)
■ Hot water bath to clean the workpieces after quenching. By adding a cleaning agent, the workpiece will be cleaned and degreased so that it can be tempered in the furnace subsequently. (filling content: about 125 litres)
■ Immersion heating element 400 V-6 kW including heat valve to heat up the water about 70 °C
■ The water bath made of stainless steel can also be used for other degreasing and cleaning operations
■ The water and oil baths are seperated by a wall where the water will heat up the oil side
■ Both baths dispose of a charging equipment with a drip-off mechanism
■ The oil bath disposes of a lid against possible fire hazard
■ The water bath disposes of an inlet and of an overflow. Therefore a contaminated layer at the surface can be dissipated without any problems
