Potter's wheel and pugmill
The potter's wheel HMT 400 gets at with its enormously good drive. The speed also remains constant if different torques are required when centering. This also allows the centering of very large quantities of potter's clay.
The wheel head is driven with round belts which avoids slipping even at highest loads. The speed control is variable infinitely with the feet-wheel. It can be placed at any place and compared to common foot pedals it has the advantage that you can easily control also when you stand up. The splash guard tray made of plastic material is easy -to-clean and has a lock-up outlet. The potter's wheel is made of aluminium Ø 340 mm. The robust housing with a very resisting industrial structure lacquering beards almost any outside effects. The large, stable seat can be adjusted in height and distance.

Pugmill
The standing pugmill TS 20 has proven for many years in potteries. It serves to work the potter's clays for processing, to mix different potter's clays as well as to prepare waste pottery clays. The potter's clays are prepared malleable and practically do not have any trapped air. The TS 20 can be easily fed from the top, the handling is easy and safe. The mixing cylinder as well as the mixing axis has impeller cutters made of rust-free stainless steel V2A. All other parts which are in contact with the potter's clay are made of V2A, aluminium or plastic material. It can be easily fed from the top through the large opening. The mixing cylinder, diameter 235 mm consists of two half shells where the screwed connection can be easily unscrewed for cleaning purposes. Two transport rollers and two firm feet provide for mobility as well as for safe stand. The robust housing with a very resistant industrial structure lacquering beards almost any outside effects. The shelf with cutting device can be disassembled. The drive of the mixing exit is performed by a performing gear motor (speed reduction by worm gear 100/1). At the front of the aluminium mouth piece, discharge diameter 80 mm there is a thread to fix templates.

Slab roller
The slab roller PW 600 is designed for the continuous use in the ceramic shop. It is built with square steel tubes. This effects a very stable twist-free frame. A very resistant industrial structural lacquering bears almost any outside effects. The four feet can be disassembled for transport. Furthermore, it can also be used as a table top unit. The large handwheel provides for easy drive with little expenditure of energy. The infinitely variable height setting (85 mm) allows adjusting to the millimeter without bothersome inserting of plates. The robust linen can be easily fixed and easily exchanged.

Sedimentation basin
The sedimentation basin (also called potter's clay separator) is the perfect small sewage treatment for the ceramic shop. Residues of glaze, potter's clay and engobes shall not be drained into the sewage water system! The sedimentation basin AB 100 is delivered completely with a waste trap and inlet nozzle (Ø 40 mm), it can be mounted practically to any drainage. The stable and impact-proof plastic basin, mobile due to its substructure made of steel with four stable rolls is made of environmental-friendly PP.The large volume three-chamber system avoids plugging of tubes and protects the environment. The sewage water is cleaned and this way complies with the municiple sewage water prescriptions.
