With regard to technique and safety the furnaces are state-of-the-art. These furnaces of the product range "L" are designed to be used in schools and workshops.
For the electro chamber furnaces of the product range "N" the heating coils are located in grooved stones. The two-layer insulation structure guarantees little power requirement.
For the electro chamber furnaces of the series "S" the heating coils are located on the axle tubes. The three-layer insulation structure provides for optimum temperature increase, also in the upper temperature range.
The 5-sided heating for all models provides for an absolutely even temperature distribution. The low surface load of the KANTHAL heating coils leads very little wear and high durability. An important product characteristic for all chamber furnaces is a corrosion protection due to an allround back-ventilated steel frame. By using stainless steel this protection has been improved.
The mortarlessly processed light-weighted firebrick ceiling with RESIC ceiling beam system which allows the natural heat expansion for each run to the other and avoid fractures as well as infestation is also unique.
The steel frame is extremly robust and has stable door suspension. The electrical connections of the door heating coils are integrated into the steel structure of the door.
The furnace frame is provided with a restistant industrial structure coating.
