Where technique and safety are concerned, the furnaces are state-of-the-art. These furnaces of the series "L" are designed to be used in schools and workshops.
For the electro chamber furnace of the series "L" the heating coils are located in the grooved stones. The two-sided insulation structure guarantees a low power requirement. The 3-sided heating provides for an even temperature distribution. The little surface load of the Kanthal heating coils lead to little wear and long durability.
An important product characteristic for all chamber furnaces is the corrosion protection due to a steel rack which is back-ventilated allround. Also the mortarless processed light-weighted firebrick sealing with RESIC ceiling beams which allows the natural heat expansion for each run and avoids fractures as well as infestation. The steel frame is extremely robust and has a stable door suspension. A resistant industrial structure coating will bear almost any outside exposures.
