In the electrical shuttle furnaces of the product range "N" the heating coil is located in the grooved stones. The two-layer insulation structure guarantees low energy consumption. In the electrical chamber furnaces of the product range "S" and "SH" the heating coils are located on the axle tubes. A three-layer insulation structure provides for an optimum temperature increase also in the upper temperature range. The 5-sided heating by the 3-zone industrial control with 3 thermal elements exactly adjusted guarantees a well balanced temperature distribution. The very efficient heating coils provide for an optimum temperature increase. Due to the profitability a very little energy consumption is resulting. Outstanding product characteristics are the incomparable corrosion protection due to a steel frame which is back-ventilated from all sides as well as the mortarless machined RESIC sealing beams "system Rhode" which allow its natural heat extension during each burning in the oven and avoids infestation. The construction with large modules is unique. The furnace can be delivered in pre-machined large modules which allows to transport it through narrow doors and gates. What had been a gigantic effort in former times nowadays can practically be done without problems. The shuttle furnace is finished with a few artifices only. The shuttle furnaces are designed for long-term continuous use in the shop and industrial fields. Individual technical equipment can be added at any time.
