In the electrical chamber furnaces of the product range "NG" and "N" the heating coil is located in the grooved stones. The two-layer insulation structure guarantees low energy consumption. In the electrical chamber furnaces of the product range "S" and "SH" the heating coils are located on the axle tubes. A three-layer insulation structure provides for an optimum temperature increase also in the upper temperature range. Due to an all-round back-ventilated housing construction an extremely good corrosion protection is being guaranteed. The use of stainless steel supports this protection at a certain extent. The mortarless machined light-weight refactory brick ceiling with RESIC ceiling beams of the system Rohde DGM, which allows the natural heat extension for each burning to the furnace and avoids cracks as well as infestation, is unique. The steel frame is extremely robust and has a stabel door suspension. The electrical connections of the door heating coils are integrated into the structural steel elements of the door. The furnace frame is provided with a resistant industrial structure lacquer.
