For the fusing furnaces the proven principal of construction of the top loader TE-S range and of the hood furnace range has been kept. The lids, furnace rings and bottoms are single components. This principal allows a simple transport and easy service. Structural steel engineering, isolation, electrics, installed performance and control devices are perfectly matched to one another. The wall- and ceiling heating provide for an even heat distribution. In the ceiling the light-weighted refractory bricks are built-in mortarless. The Kanthal heat coil had been calculated with security stock. Good insulation and performance reserves guarantee a long life-cycle.
