The range of chamber furnaces LS 15/12 to LS 120/14 had specially been developed for the multiple applications and requirements in laboratories and in the production. With the cubic useful space the furnaces are perfectly adequate application. The three-layer insulation structure guarantees a low energy consumption. The 5-sided heating provides for an optimum temperature increase also in the upper temperature ranges. A little surface load of the Kanthal heating coil leads to little wear and high life-time. Due to an all-round back-ventilated housing construction a good corrosion protection is guaranteed. The use of stainless steel supports this protection to a special extend. The mortarless manufactured ceiling made of light-weight refractory brick with RESIC crown bars which allow the natural heat extension during each burning prevents from cracks as well as from infestation. The steel frame is extremely robust and has a stable door suspension. The electrical connections of the door heating coils are integrated into the steel construction of the door. The furnace frame is provided with resistant industrial structural lacquer.
