For the electric shuttle furnaces the heating elements are mounted on axle tubes or in grooves. The 5-side heating which is exactly adjusted by the 3-zone industrial control TC S 1 with 3 thermal elements, guarantees an absolutely even distribution of temperature. The high-performance Kanthal-heating elements and a 3-layer composition of the insualtion are providing an ideal temperature increase also in the upper range of temperatures. Outstandig product characteristics are the incomparable corrosion protection by a steel base which is back-ventilated from all sides as well as the mortarless manufactured light- weighted refractory brick sealing with RESIC top grids, which allow a natural heating expansion to the furnace and avoid cracks as well as infestation. The steel frame is extremely robust and has a stable door attachment. The electric shuttle furnaces are designed for a long term continuous use in shop and industrial operation. Individual technical equipment can be added at any time.
