Furnaces to melt out series AK-E / AK-G |
|
Our furnaces to melt out of the series AK-G are gas-heated. The 2-layer insulation structure guanrantees lowest energy consumption. Heating conductor, materials and insulating claddings are designed for oxidizing and reducing fire. Large supply and exhaust air openings provide good flue gas evacuation during the melting process and burning of the moulding materials.
| |
The corrosion protection is a fundamental product characteristic due to an all-round back-ventilated steel frame. This protection also had been improved using stainless steel. The mortarless machined lightweight refractoryrarbeitete refractory brick ceiling with RESIC ceiling beams which allows the natural heat extension for each burning to the furnace and avoids cracks as well as infestation, is unique. The steel frame of all chamber furnaces is extremely robust and has a stable door suspension. The electrical connections of the door are integrated into the structural steel elements of the door. A resistant industrial structural lacquering defies almost any influences.
■ Lid steel sheet: perforated plate protects against heat and humidity accumulation ■ Electrically heated ■ Large exhaust air flap for rapid outlet of the exhaust air gas ■ Base tub to collect the melt-out material ■ Base tub drain ensures the draining of moulding material ■ Door lintel made of V2A stainless steel, rust-proof ■ Door can be opened easily and widely (about 160°) ■ Reduction-resistant lightweight refractory brick lining ■ Large handy door handle | ■ Adjustable door locking, lockable ■ Air inlet sliding valve to control the cooling air ■ Removable and easy-to-assemble base frame ■ Safety door switch with compulsory separating ■ Safety and working contactor serial according to VDE ■ Test seal for quality assurance ■ CE sign ■ GS sign of the Employer's Liability Insurance Association ■ Maintenance-free ■ 24-month warranty (not on wearing parts)
