Application: The furnaces are used in laboratories to test different samples by heat treatment where aggressive exhaust gases are genereated. Thanks to the simple structure and the stable durability of the ceramic interior muffles, the heating elements are protected against the attacks of aggressive atmospheres. Thus, the furnaces are universally applicable.
Description of the furnace design: ■ Frameless construction made of stainless steel ■ Door portal made of fire-proof fittings ■ Blue view glass in the door opening ■ Door made of stainless steel ■ Contact force of the door by means of pull-spring ■ Muffle insulated of mineral fiber mats and laid with insulating plates ■ Door filled with insulating plate ■ Heating element wrapped around the furnace muffle as a spiral ■ Door is provided with a safety end position switch ■ Connection cable with grounded plug ■ Furnace equipped with one cooling fan ■ Thermal elements type S at the rear wall
